For current and prospective clients

We accept BCBS, Mercy (Health Choices), Health Partners, and Midlands Choice insurance policies, as well as private pay. If you have an insurance policy with someone else, we are unable to submit claims on your behalf.  If you would like to submit claims to your insurance company, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill for any services rendered. Please note that payment is due in full at the time of service.

As of 01/01/2022, under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This applies to all our services including the intake, therapy sessions, neuropsychological evaluations,  and any consultations.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before any service is rendered. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule any service. 

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. 

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
